GENERAL INFORMATION
Handling
Our handling time is typically 24 hours from the time that you place an order with us. Orders placed before 2pm MST are often shipped that same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipment Tracking
All orders placed on our website (except for store pickup) will receive a tracking number via email. The tracking number will also be available to view in your account dashboard – if you have an account with us.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses with a US zip code. We apologize for any inconvenience.
US Territories & Protectorates
Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states, the District of Columbia, Alaska, and Hawaii. We may introduce shipping in the future to US Territories and Freely Associated States, but at this time we have no plans to do so.
Professional Buyers
We do not accept orders placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We only sell to consumers with residential addresses. If we believe an order has been placed by anyone other than an end consumer, we will terminate the order and refund the purchase amount.
Free Shipping
Occasionally, we offer free ground shipping to our customers through various promotions. Free shipping is limited to the Lower 48 & Washington D.C. Shipping addresses in Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for our free shipping promotions.
Order Size
The maximum order size for orders shipped via Ground shipping is 125 lbs. Orders with more than 125 lbs. of product in the shopping cart will not be allowed to complete checkout (Please note: the maximum order size for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii is 30 lbs.).
The maximum order size for orders shipped using 2nd Day Air is 30 lbs. If your order size is larger than 30 lbs., ground shipping will be the only option at checkout.
